A few days ago I saw a post in a blog that makes me reflection about be a girl in this society. Some people says that Victoria's Secret models are unreal but I'm not agree with this teory. I think they are girls like the others, but they train every day so hard and they eat so healthy for have the perfect bodies. So let's think before talk because they are good exemples to follow. At the moment there are a lot of advertising campaigns with oversize models. I like it because it shows to all the people that all girls can be models. But I like Victoria's Secret or other advertising camaigns with fit womans. They work hard so they are REAL WOMANS like the others!

But there's another part of all this world that I love but I hate at the same time. I'm going to talk about the social media. I love social media, I'm addicted to social media, but it makes me have some personal problems with my body or my face. In instagram or We heart it, for exemple, all girls are PER-FECT! They have perfect lifes and perfect bodies and perfect faces and perfect hair and perfect boyfriends.........!!!!

And this makes me have a depression. First I was thinking in anorexia for be more thin but finally I was strong and I didn't do stupid things (I understend girls with alimentary problems and I support they with all my heart). Now I go to gym and I'm more confident. Because anybody it's perfect and social media it's unreal (but not all). If any insecure girl it's reading this, now I'm going to tell you what it's the key:

The key it's be confident. Go look you in the mirror and think in all the good things that you have. And please, don't believe all thing you see in Internet, because all girls have their insecurities, social media's gorgeus girls with perfect bodies too. This girls work hard but if you work too, you can arrive were you want!

Here I have a message for some boys:

XOXO, Lea <3
